We have developed a Spoken-English and Writing Tutor Program for US clients, with options of English Tutor for All Budgets. If you reside outside the United States you can enroll in our program provided that you must register first, and as soon as we verify your registration we will welcome you to our program. Please note all our services are payable.

Listed below are the guidelines to use LIVE-SUPPORT. Please observe these guidelines:

• Enter a true email address, name and location for us to email you the transcript of the LIVE-CHAT session after the chat ends. We serve all visitors regardless of their location.
• Make sure you enter your question in complete sentences.
• Wait until a tutor will respond. The average wait time is about five minutes. But at times because of other visitors waiting for their turn ahead of you, it may take longer than the average wait time. Please do not wait more than five minutes, but instead send your question and come back again. The tutor will send you an invitation to come back immediately, or email you the answer to your question.
• Fill out the evaluation form at the end of each session. Your evaluation is vital for us to improve our service.
• Be courteous.
