e-Learning Designer Needed ASAP!

We need an e-learning instructional designer to create interactive e-learning content for our online school from his or her own location.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Citizenship: Must be living in one these countries: USA, India or China

Language required: Native level English. American English preferred.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Has professional knowledge of interactive rapid e-learning content development. We currently use Articulate Quiz Maker, Articulate-Engage and Articulate-Video Coder, and Flash. The candidate must be able to use these programs at the professional level.
Is experienced in e-learning web site development, web-based programming in HTML, HTMXL, Java and Java Script and PHP coding.
Has an excellent command of English in writing, and is fluent in spoken English at the native level.
Is capable of proofreading without supervision.
Has 3-5 years experience in e-learning instructional design. Experience in ESL or academic e-learning instructional design is a plus.
MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE COUNTRIES: USA, INDIA or CHINA. We conduct a thorough background check.
Is willing to work from his/her location using a computer.
Must have a high-end computer with multimedia devices installed -- webcam and microphone, DVD and CD drives; Microsoft Vista OS; 2 GB RAM and 40 GB Hard Disk.
